(Day 5, March 16, 2015) After the fun filled city tour on our day 4 in Baguio, we went home full of good memories and exhilarating experiences. Tiredness was not in our vocabulary on that day and we want to have more of Baguio but nightfall has came and we should call it over. We cooked our dinner that night and I am not the chef, I am just an assistant to our chef Josh :) Thanks Josh. After dinner, we packed our freshly picked strawberries from the farm for the next day flight back to Cebu. Day 5 came and the time has come for us to bid goodbye to Baguio City. We then ask Kuya Jhong to fetch us to the gasoline station

It was part of our itinerary to visit 3 places - sulfur spring, Jangjang hanging Bridge and the Ambuklao Dam. Unfortunately, 1 group from Pagnat Saka hasn't arrived yet from their descent from Mount Pulag Peak. It was because they had
Sitio La Presa: Where Forever Begins
(This is the view just few hundred meters above La Presa) (Day 4, March 16, 2015) After the fulfilling Mount Pulag climb and Mount Pulag Side Trips, everyone was excited for the whole day tour around Baguio City. It's Day 4 of our Baguio Adventure and everyone woke up early and prepared our breakfast together. The heater for the hot bath was not functioning well, which meant we had a chilly shower for the morning. Haha, everyone has a quick bath - it was just like doing an ice bucket challenge for us. As usual, we had our usual breakfast and a quick one. (of course we cooked what's available in our ref:)) (Preparing the dining table right after cooking) (Breakfast is served) After our quick breakfast,
Revisiting Baguio City: A Step by step to Lourdes Grotto
(Day 4, March 16, 2015) After our La Presa hype, we then went over to our next destination, the Lourdes Grotto. The Lourdes Grotto is one of the Catholic Shrine in Baguio. The place is located uphill in the Western part of the city. Uphill is the image of the Lady of Lourdes and is a conducive place for meditation as well. The Grotto is said to be one of the favorite pilgrimage site during the Lent season. You can reach to the top of the Grotto either by driving through a winding, narrow and steep asphalt-paved road or climbing the 250+ steps uphill. We opt to climb those steps going uphill. Devotees go up to the grotto to meditate, to pray and some just

It is a 32 hectare urban Park that was named after the city's planner - an American Architect Daniel H. Burnham. The Park itself is a favorite place for the locals and tourists alike for its different facilities for recreation and relaxation that are available within the park. You can row a boat in the man-made lake, have a picnic on its grounds, attend an outdoor concert, watch a football game, go biking, or just take a leisurely stroll around the park. After a short rest in the transient house from our trip from Clark Airbase, we heeded
